Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Flights may be rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.


Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled due to weather?

If your flight is cancelled due to weather or airspace conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide an applicable refund.


Q: Is my flight date and time guaranteed at booking?

Yes. Once you receive your booking confirmation, your flight date and time are guaranteed. If, for any reason, we need to make a change, we will contact you directly using the phone number provided during booking.


Q: Will we be the only ones in the helicopter?

Yes. All privately booked tours are exclusive to your group. During airshows or special events, however, flights may be shared with other guests at our discretion.


Q: How many people can fly at once?

Our helicopter can accommodate up to three passengers at a time. Families or groups of four or more are encouraged to book two consecutive flights so everyone can enjoy the experience together.


Q: Is there an age limit?

No, there is no age limit. Children two years of age and younger may ride as lap children. All other passengers must sit in their own seats.


Q: Why do you ask for weight at checkout?

The pilot needs each passenger's weight to calculate the helicopter's weight and balance and to ensure that the flight remains within the safety limits specified in the helicopter's operating manual.


Q: What if I arrive late?

If you arrive after your scheduled takeoff time, we may need to cancel your flight without a refund. Please call us immediately if you are running late to see if we can accommodate you.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.


Q: Is it normal to tip the pilot and ground crew?

Yes! Tips are greatly appreciated.


Q: Is there a weight limit?

Yes. The weight limit is 250 lbs. per seat, with a maximum combined passenger weight of 600 lbs.
