Carlos was absolutely amazing. He helped me fulfill part of my bucket list. It was the most awesome thing I've done yet. Carlos made me feel so comfortable doing something out of my comfort zone . The sunset tour with Vortex was a truly amazing experience! I am not exaggerating when I say that it was unforgettable-- spectacular sunset views of the city and a very fun and competent pilot & crew. We had our company holiday party in a helicopter and it was the best decision we could have made. Highly recommend, 10/10 would book again~

Top notch!!, unparalleled safety, instruction, guidance, and skill! I would NEVER trust my children’s lives in the hands of any other! Both of our children had an amazing experience and now both are continuing instruction with Carlos Cabral with Vortex. Carlos’ piloting expertise and experience speaks worlds of his skill and ability to teach and provide safe flight no matter what the circumstances. I just cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Vortex.

I can’t express how much I love this company. They go above and beyond for every customer that walks thru the hanger door. Jacqueline the owner made sure I had everything I needed to get enrolled as a student in Vortex helicopters training program. This business is woman owned and family operated. Carlos is the TRUTH. He is one of the best instructors I’ve ever met. I will be doing whatever it takes now to be a commercial helicopter pilot.

Thank you Vortex Helicopter Services for an absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience. My brother and I decided to book a helicopter tour of the city spontaneously after looking online for fun things to do in our time in Pittsburgh. Let me say, we were not let down and our expectations were blown way out of the water. It was both of our first times in a helicopter and Carlos gave us all the instruction and help we needed to feel safe and comfortable, his wife Jacqueline was so friendly and accomodating while over the phone. It truly was such a wonderful experience and I can’t wait until the next time I get to opportunity to go in a helicopter. Thank you so much Carlos and Jacqueline.
